Destination for pilgrims and believers from all around the world, the Basilica of Sant’Antonio in Padua represents one of the building you should visit : the guided tour will start here and later continue through the historic centre : from the three squares dei Signori, delle Erbe and dei Frutti, to the Palazzo della Ragione (outside), Palazzo del Bo, Café Pedrocchi, Cathedral square (outside).

You’ll take part to a convivial lunch in one of Padua typical restaurants.
After the lunch, the embarkation at the Porte Contarine on “La Padovanella”, a typical Venetian boat. During the pleasant and quiet navigation along the Piovego, you’ll have the chance to admire the most historical monuments of Padua from an unconventional perspective : the Portello 15th century steps, the ancient river port of the Republic of Venice, the historical gates Portello and Molino, the bridge of delle Grade del Carmine, the bridges of Molino and of San Leonardo.



A unique opportunity to see the walls, the ramparts, the palaces, the churches and the monuments of Padua, which you can admire in their highest magnificence from the river.
The return to the Porte Contarine will be late in the afternoon, passengers will be disembarked, tour and services will end.
Whether you arrived in Padua by car or by bus, the car park and the bus terminal of Piazzale Boschetti are both a few steps from the disembarkation location. With the bus line “Venezia” you get to Villa Gasparini directly.
